What the software does not do
DispatchNode does not perform paintless dent repair work or replace the person on site.
A door ding before a sale photo is a normal paintless dent repair job, and it still falls apart when the panel count never gets written down. Nectar takes that on the first ring and holds the same-day bay.
The driveway is part of the same record. Crews should not have to call back to learn how to reach the site. Notes stay on the DispatchNode job.
Operators on the $99 Lite plan get one seat and their own phones. Local requests inside the radius they set start after the plan is paid. A company can pass any request. The street address is shown after the claim.
This site is a demo of that line for paintless dent repair. The local company still does the work.
